This thread is simple. Post 3 bold predictions you think will hold true by the end of the year. Johansen scoring 22 goals wouldn't qualify for example. The Bolder the better.

1) Rinne loses the starting job to saros by the 1st week of December.

2) We are sitting in the last wild card spot come New Years

3) Forsberg scores 40 goals and smashes the previous single season record

1. JOFA is blown up for the first month of the season

2. Rinne will start 50 games, Saros get's 32

3. Watson will come back on fire, reminding us he was a 1st rounder....then traded as he will net a profit.

1. Rinne will struggle in the first part of the season.

2. Poile looks for top 6 help, stone or duchene maybe by the end of November due to our lack of scoring outside the jofa line and defense

3. Jofa line will be at least top 10 line in the league with all of them getting 70+ points and Forsberg getting 40 goals

1. Fiala spends most of the season on a line with Joey.

2. Poile pulls off another monumental trade during the season, likely involving one of the big 4.

3. Saros is the full-time goalie when the playoffs start.

I'd have to force the other two predictions, so I'm only going to go with Fiala reaching 30 primary assists. While he has a good shot, I think his biggest asset lies in his playmaking ability. I don't know what's the usual ratio between primary and secondary assists, but my bold prediction sees Fiala setting up a lot of goals one way or another

1. Saros gets the reigns
2. Forsberg hits 40 goals and is a PPG player
3. Johansen (if Forsberg lights it up, he will be a direct cause of that) will have as many, if not more points than Forsberg

Preds Bold Predications-
1. Rinne wins a second Vezina this year
2. Nick Bonino scores 20 goals. (All from within a foot of the crease)
3. The third line after the trade deadline (with full health) will be Jarnkrok-Bonino-Smith and NOT include Eeli Tolvanen who will stay in Milwaukee all year (barring injury to a top 6 F)

NHL Predictions-
1. Chicago is one of the Wild Cards
2. Vegas is not a WC. Nor top 3 in their division
3. The Florida-Carolina Playoff series draws an all-time low for viewership...in arena and on TV

Johansen leading scorer for the Preds, topping 80 points for the year.

Forsberg topping 40 goals for the year.

Fiala hitting 70 if he gets PP time.
