65 assists, for a winger, is getting up there in legendary category. Hell, what is even the record for assists for a winger? Is it still Jagr with 87? And that’s when scoring was out of this world. Jagr is also in another stratosphere compared to Marner.

If he even comes within 10 of that number, I’d be thoroughly surprised.

Last year there was 3 wingers with 65 assists or more(Wheeler, Giroux, Voracek). I don't think something that happens on a yearly basis fits for a legendary category
