Looking at these theoretical numbers, there's a good chance Hronek at 41 points would be a top 3 scorer for the team if the high water mark was Larkin at 50. This would be an interesting development.

I figure he'll get a bunch of minutes and am blindly hoping our power play is decent.

This would be a positive boost certainly; it would elevate Hronek to a point where I wonder if teams would come with a blank check trade offer.

Without Kucherov for the season I expect Tampa to play a little more defensive around their goalie. They'll still dominate play.

I'll also go out and say that Detroit has as many, if not more 20+ point scorers in the 56 game season than we did last season. (7)

This one already reached it's first hurdle and turned that hurdle into a brick wall, but it was my bold prediction throughout the summer so I'm sticking with it:
Cholowski has a better year than Zadina.

Also: Bertuzzi continues to be our best player, and people actually except it instead of finding every excuse to move him to the 3rd line.

Red Wings Points at the end of the season (if cut short, we will pro-rate for 56 games): 47
Red Wings Leading Goal Scorer: Anthony Mantha
Red Wings Leading Point Getter: Dylan Larkin
Red Wings +/- leader: Moritz Seider (this is a bit tricky, if all are negative who play much, and some less playing will become only positive, like, it was DLR +3 at 16 games at last season) Seider comes to play ~5 games and will be +4.
First Red Wing to be traded (once the season starts): Alex Biega or Sam Gagner (get 2,5 points of 5, if either is correct, ok ?) :)
Goalie with the most wins: Thomas Greiss

Who Wins The East in the regular season? Washington
Who Wins The Central in the regular season? Tampa Bay

This is actually not a bold statement it´s just plain stupid one.

I'm the biggest Rasmussen fan, but just try to win this guessing game with a bold prediction.

11 goals is pure realism for Zadina if he continues to be the playmaker at even strength. Will collect ~20 assists.

And what comes to injuries, he has been that injury prone guy.
