Like I said the other day, I love this move for the Jazz. They're one of the favourites in the West now with Mitchell, Gobert, Ingles, Conley, and Bojan.

They got a little bit of shooting now. Playing with Gobert, Conley and Donovan will get Aussie Joe and Bojan a lot of open 3s. His numbers will take a hit as he won't be the primary scoring option, but his improved D and great shooting fit the team so well.
