I just love how a guy named Bob Hartley can be so...French...but that's not the point of this thread. I think he's a very good coach, and I thought that he would've been a great fit with the Canes before they hired Brind'Amour in-house. This is just a hunch, but I think he will be the 1st Seattle coach.

I hope the habs will sign him as an assistant coach after letting go of Kirk Muller.

Edit: I also hope he signs with the habs on June 30th, one day short of July.

I don't see why he would. I really liked him back with the Avs, but he literally hasn't done anything since then.

Thought he did really well in his time in Calgary. Didn't sign up for a rebuild but that's what he got and made the best of it, even making the playoffs ahead of schedule one year. The year he was let go the goaltending was atrocious. Think he's better than at least a third of the guys employed right now. Does kind of read as a short shelf life type of coach though.

Yeah, all you said was he hasn't done anything. Even more ignorant.
Yeah look at all the success he's had since his Cup! So much!

If he had so much success he wouldn't even be in the KHL right now, guy.
