Sad to hear this. I remember the Super Dave show vividly as it was filmed just outside of Toronto, in Unionville. He was always great to the studio guests, even off-camera.

Loved him on the old "Bizarre" TV show that ran in the early 80's. That was my intro to Super Dave.

Bizarre was a phenomenally hilarious show!
