I mean, if you watch the replay it hits him in the spot right above his ankle where there is no protection above the boot and between any of the shinpad. Won't be surprised to hear that he's out for extended time with a fracture.

Perron likely wouldn’t have been this good if he was Blue entire career. He has mentioned his time in Anaheim playing with Getzlaf really impacted him and he also took step forward his year in Vegas.
