Could the 16 year playoff streak be over?
With the Blues currently plummeting down the overall standings, team brass are trying to figure out whether to be buyers or sellers. Seemingly buyers when they acquired Ian Cole, but with him under contract control for next season, that deal had medium term value.
Currently well out of the playoffs, the Blues are currently entertaining a few offers to two long-term Blues (15+ years each) who bring tremendous upside to a cup contender.
Buff (77 OV) carries tremendous ratings and versatility, being able to play wing or D. Solid CK (83), ST (82), PH (86), PA (82), DF (76) and various other ratings en route to a 77 overall.
Big Joe (73 OV) remains an elite dishman with an 84 PA, also a 73 SC and solid everywhere else. A prime candidate to spark a high scoring winger currently in a funk on one of your scoring lines.
