No. Lucic has an additional year and is at a $6m cap hit vs $4,63m for Alzner.

As well Alzner's salary drops after this year to $4,63m, $3m & $3,5m.

It's more reasonable and easier to buy-out. A team looking to hit the minimum, like Arizona, could take a chance on him next season.

We need him to play better though.
