I’m glad we won but winning by one goal when we score 5 is pretty much still indicative of our underlying issues.

Offensively I didn't notice him as much as last game but he still had some really good looks at the net. He made a lot of good small plays. One that I really liked was late in the third, he picked the puck up behind the net at the end of a shift and rather than just dishing it off to EK, he looked pass and once the forechecker committed he skated the puck up the middle, got to the line and dumped the puck in and changed. It's only a small play but I loved that he wasn't looking to immediately dish it and made a play by himself.

I didn't get to catch the game so I wanted feedback on how one of my fav prospects played at his natural position.

How was Chlapik at center?

I like him. He's powerful. He does things.....powerfully. Looked good at center. He should be able to play all over the lineup. Nice surprise sort of. The way he fits in already.
Chlapik, white, gagne, paul, harpur, Chabot, jaros, englund will all hopefully be good strong additions.
A good crop of guys there.

Harpur is starting to flex a little. Looks like he's getting more physical as he gets more confidence in the league. Also, liked seeing Chlapik throwing the body as well, just part of the game like Duchene, Ryan, and Brass; skill and a bit of Jam.
