Still haven't been able to find a reasonable link for streams of today's games... oh well. I noticed this little ditty on the nbc site. The premise.. a fairly athletic 43 yr old nbc producer(clare duffy) is set up to train with the US women's hockey team.

link to her blog: http://worldblog.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2010/02/10/2199623.aspx

She doesn't do too badly but the training is VERY impressive ('specially for an olympic sport as young as women's ice hockey). If this is how hard the US girls train I can only imagine the "Ivan Drago-ish" regimen the Canadian team's being put through

Anyway's if you've got the time, check some or all of it out. For parental types with kids in hockey (in my case nieces) its fairly inspiring.. For those who's main interest will, in some strange way, be the hotness ( or not) of whatever woman you decide to pick on... welcome to the 21st century ;) (though I will always have an insane, undying crush on forward, Julie Chu..... *sigh* ) For those who's first response will be,.. oogha... the men are much stronger, faster... whatever..... That wasn't the goal of the video.... (think I've covered all the predictable angles...) ;)

Its the olympics... fun stuff like this is cool to discover and check out!

enjoy! ;)
