I remember going down to Nashville years ago and she and her dad were there too. It was with a group of Devils fans and we made it on TV before the game and went to bar after it. Fun times. Same trip where I met Brodeur and Kovalchuk on the street outside a bar the night before. Anyone else here go on that trip? I don’t remember anyone else except her and her dad. Terrible memory.

And I remember her boyfriend (or husband?) was a Rangers fan and they used to joke about it. He used to post here too (not so much on this forum though, but on the Rangers forum) and I forget his name. I might not even remember his name on here if I saw it, so he may still be posting regularly today.

It's weird that not only do we have a bizarre number of key injuries, they're all long-term. Hall, Nico, Bratt, Zacha, Vatanen have been and will be out for a while.

I can't even remember Hall getting injured. I remember him missing a game and assuming he'd be back soon, but then he never came back. Imagine how frustrating it would have been to know he was out for the season back whenever it was he played last.

At least we're having this injury stretch during the last month of an already-dead season, and not starting off this way in November.

What do we know of the injuries to Nico, Zacha, Bastian, Mueller?

I think she was as much set off getting defensive over people calling her out on the negativity as anything else. But yes it is a shame we seem to be a bit gender lopsided atm. I haven't talked to cj in a while but did see her from afar at a game recently so yeah it's probably just not as much time for HF since having kid(s). There was another good female poster a way back, Devilsfan38 or something like that?

I wasn't around those days and have no idea what she looks like, but I do remember meeting an avid Devils fan named CJ once. I think she had organized a Marty book signing at a Mendham book store. I wonder if that's the same CJ.

I don't even know what she looked like. I saw her on TV once being interview by Deb, about 7.5 or 8 years ago now, but I forgot what she looked like.

The only thing that sticks out to me is the blonde hair.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were the same person.

If(big IF) they were given the boot, I can safely say "Good Riddance."

One did nothing but complain about the team (basically, being a Contrarian was his M.O.) while the other seemed to believe 500k more is considered an overpayment when it comes to Hall being re-signed (yes. I can't stress that absurd notion ENOUGH. I'm still shaking my head to this day)

IIRC, it's not uncommon for ZBC to become scarce during long off-seasons when some members of the fan base range from morose to apoplectic.
