The Washington area have a much larger population and the people of Washington have waited for this so long that it is hard to see Las Vegas have as many people watching the parade.

Washington would probably be the biggest and more professional. Vegas's will probably be way over the top. I have a feeling we would see Vegas show girls, a few tigers, and a guy who makes the Stanley Cup "Disappear".
