Zero toughness.

Ive been saying this for a while, but I think Max Domi would look great on that left side. I know his play has been bad in recent years but he had some good years too especially in Montreal.
Max is the type of player, he needs emotion and passion in the environment/city that he plays in. It’s no wonder he plays terribly in places like Columbus and Arizona, but well in Montreal and Chicago.

You don’t think Max understands Toronto and it’s fans?! You don’t think he’d be jacked up to play for the leafs?! You don’t think he would want to get a little dirty and nasty like his pops?!?! I think he’d be the perfect fit on that left side and he’s not too expensive.

If I were Dubas, I’d go after Domi. He add in some toughness but can still play and I think he’d play much closer to what he looked like in Montreal vs Arizona and Columbus

None of our forward free agents signings look even remotely impressive.
