At that level, any idea about the floor? Does the floor rise proportionately to the increase in the cap?

That's good. I don't want it going up too much now that the Leafs will be handing out extensions based on cap hit percentage.

As a Leafs fan....what the hell is a cap floor?
Y = k + (k-(X+Z))

Where:

Y = Salary Cap Floor
X = Arizona Coyotes actual salary costs
Z = Cap-eligible salary in Arizona Coyotes' "dead" contracts, not requiring actual salary compensation
k = Constant, which is calculated annually as 0.85 x Adjusted Midpoint of the NHL Payroll Range
