Edmonton. They got the better goalie and D. Still some good forwards there too - not on Nylander's level - but enough to keep up.

Toronto seems obvious....no?

The better question/poll might be - which team is better including the 2 duos. At least it's closer that way.

Gonna list the big names outside the top 2 in order of how good they have been this year:

Nylander
Hyman
Bouchard
Nuge
Ekholm
Rielly
Tavares

And then a bunch of middle to bottom 6 guys.

I like the Oielrs players here despite TO having the best overall player in Nylander.

And this should be a poll no?

Outside of McDrai, the Oilers have Hyman and Ekholm. End of list. I don't find anyone else on the roster that interesting.

Leafs win here.

Nuge is a great complimentary player that would help any team greatly. Bouchard is also quite excellent.

Aside from his outlier year where he leached off McDavid, Nuge has been an inconsistent, oft injured, 2nd line winger his whole career. The term you used, "complimentary", is accurate. But it hardly means he's particularly interesting.

Bouchard could one day be excellent, yes. But his defensive game hasn't matured yet. If it doesn't he becomes an offense only guy that plays too many minutes because Edmonton has no depth.

Nuge is having another good season this year! He hasn’t been injured for quite some time. He’s a very excellent 1st line winger or 2nd line center who needs a play driving winger.

Bouch is definitely working on his defensive game. His pairing with Ekholm is one of the best analytically in the NHL. (Money puck goals for/ against & expected goals for & against)
