Better player: Cale Makar or Sam Girard?

I miss the days when Girard vs Mete on the main boards was a lively debate with Habs fans.

I don't really care who is better, but I just hope Girard just works on his shot this offseason. I love just about everything he does on the ice except when he shoots cheetos at the goalie's chest.

Makar vs Mete during the World Juniors was even better. Hab fans are a special group.

I don't really care who is better, but I just hope Girard just works on his shot this offseason. I love just about everything he does on the ice except when he shoots cheetos at the goalie's chest.

Not much he can do with his shot unless he decides to use a longer stick. That mini stick he uses isn't going to generate much power.
