Megatron isn't even top 5.

I have him outside of the top 5 as well, but I still felt he should be included as I think some would still argue he's the best in the league based on past performance and talent level. You could argue guys like Hopkins, Green, Marshall, etc. are better, but I think those guys would have a tough time getting votes for "#1" over some of the others I included.

Currently my top 5 list looks like:

1. Brown
2. Jones
3. Dez
4. OBJ
5. Green

At the moment it's probably a tossup between Beckham and Brown

I tend to give it to brown but Beckham could easily pass him

My top 5 based on who I would pick for next year

1) Dez- just an off year for him with the contract dispute and the broken foot, you can tell he isn't a 100 percent yet
2) Antonio Brown- he is an absolute beast, only reason I would take Dez over him is the jump ball ability and the red zone dominance
3) Julio Jones
4) Odell
5) Aj Green

At the moment I'll go with Brown.

If Dez didn't get hurt and still had Romo throwing to him, I'd probably say him again. There's also some other issues with him this year though. Might be because he's unhappy about the QB situation but he seems to be giving up on routes and dropping more passes than in the past. Not a fan of that.

Brown for sure, but I think Hopkins deserves a little more love. His stats are incredible when considering who's been throwing him the ball.

I went Brown, he constantly leaves me wondering how the hell he makes the plays he does.

I had AJ Green number 1 going in. I'd probably take Antonio Brown first now.

I'd still take Green over Dez and Julio but I'm biased as he's my favorite non Ram player in the league.

Green doesn't get talked about enough but it is basically him and Moss as guys who have started their careers with over a 1000 yards in their first five years

Thats a lot to do with the era though. Rookie receivers are constantly putting up thousand yard seasons now. It used to be that was rare

OBJ is obviously a tad more flashy (unless if you count running crotch first into the goal post flashy), but he has weaknesses. Seems like he has a thin(ish) skin and acts out occasionally.

Brown is pretty much the perfect WR at the moment. Great route runner, elite athletic ability, great hands, elusiveness in the open field. Pretty much everything you would say qualifies as the best WR in the game.

Crazy how a guy as skilled as AJ Green can't make the list. Not because he's bad, but because there's actually that many guys in front of him that are better.

I think a lot of that record has to do with durability as well, so while there are a lot of rookies who pop off nowadays it is rare to see them do it for 5 straight years to begin a career.

Whoa, a wide receiver with thin skin?????? That's pretty difficult to overcome, in this league

Agree with everything you said, and the last thing that makes Brown the best....amazing chemistry with a qb who can extend plays and throw deep. Together they make plays happen that just shouldn't happen
Steelers are contenders for as long as they have their big 3 healthy and playing at their current level (Ben, Brown, Bell)

Steve Johnson | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0
Michael Crabtree | 5 | 4 | 19 | 0

That's crazy. Brown absolutely torched arguably the best and most efficient corner of the last few years (Harris Jr.). Brown with more TDs than every single #1 and #2 WR that the Broncos have faced this year combined LOL.
