I think this assumes the Stars Seguin for Rask, which brilliantly returns the Stars to having the most expensive goaltending in the league.

Gusev must have been acquired by packaging Johns, Nichushkin, and more. Would suck for Vegas for them to see their KHL prospect downgraded that much.

I know Janmark/Spezza had good chemistry but I think we’ll find another LW to play 2nd line; Janmark with Faksa and Pitlick as a 3rd line looks good. I wouldn’t mind keeping Roussel as a 4th line LW to play with Hintz, Dickinson, etc.

I get spezza will probably have a better year but if we get rid of his and hanzals contracts we could have this lineup and about 9 mil extra salary to extend Seguin .

Seguin and Benn deserve a better winger than Nichushkin.

Weird thing about Seguin/Benn is they seem to produce no matter who is on the line. The last five years they’ve had Nichushkin, Sharp, Radulov, Eaves, Peverley, and Eakin. Some fluctuation, but they do well with complementary players.
