Andrew Shaw seemed to be everywhere at once while he played for the Hawks, can’t imagine that’s changed much.

Nico Hischier, Miles Wood from the Devils.

Off the top of my head from other teams - Byron, Larkin, Hyman, Garland, Marchand, Gallagher, Arvidsson, Cizikas,

Cam Atkinson should be up there. Excellent PK'er, will battle in corners, and has really good speed on the breakaway.

I would have said Darren Helm before the injuries.

Was gonna make this exact post. And now that I think about it, Oskar Sundqvist is another guy for the Blues that fits this bill.

We're about to see a spike in trade proposal threads on a couple of these guys I wager. Every team needs more of these types of players.

Sean Kuraly is up there on the Bruins. Not that good of a player, but he gives it 100% of the time.

There's about 100 guys in the league like this.

    Probably more.

    Another vote for cizikas

Guy is an absolute beast, under rated offensively and if any team could get their 12 forwards playing with the heart and determination that cizikas does they’d almost never lose

Given the Leafs' cap situation, Hyman's probably going to have to be paid IN loaves of bread.

So you think Fast is a diver and is lazy? Ok. It must be his pure skills that have kept him around all these years then.

    Pretty sure OP was joking..

Not sure if you hold that against Hyman, but I actually respect him more given the game he plays. Was thinking that in the "players who grew up poor" thread- someone mentioned a rich bloke, and I feel like it's gotta be tough making the NHL when everything in life is handed to you. I'd likely **** off and go buy video games or some stupid thing.

    Anyways, Erod for the Sabres.

Not a player. But I find M-A Fleury competes hard, even in practice.

Ehhhh, it’s much easier to get anywhere in life if you have money. The played I respect the most are the ones who had to work at 16 to pay for their own equipment, bus to practices, etc. and than still make it to the show
