I'm well aware of what Aho has done this season and wasn't trying to discredit him at all, but that does not make him better than Berg/Keith with phenomenal careers or Kuch with an insane peak. Give the kid a couple more years of sustained success before he is in this discussion.

Bergeron has never been a top player in the league, like Kucherov, or Keith.

It is so clearly Kieth. The guy was an elite #1 defenseman from 2008 to 2017, and at many times was the best dman on the planet. Up until the last two years he’s been a top 3-5 defenseman. 2 Norris trophies, 1 Smythe that easily could’ve been 2 more, and the defensive backbone to the Hawks 3 Cups.

Kucherov has one elite year where he’s the best, that doesn’t wash out the entire careers of Kieth or Bergeron.
