Best co-op Games On Switch

We got my daughter a Switch for Christmas, and now she wants me to play with her.

She has Mario O, and it's lame being a hat. Are there any other co-op games that are actually fun for two players?

I was told about Splatoon 2, but it looks like it's a multiplayer game, i.e. online, but not co-op?

Splatoon 2 is all online, there's no split screen multiplayer.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is a lot of fun co-op, but it might be too tough/stressful for your daughter, depending on how old she is and how much gaming experience she has.
