Best CHL teams of all-time

Last year's Knights won their last 17 games of the season, all against top competition. After the first round of the OHL playoffs they swept everything to a Memorial Cup championship. They may not have the most impressive regular season of all time, but they turned it up to another level in the postseason.

It's unfortunate the Memorial Cup Format will never change. Having a team get bounced in the 1st round and waiting around while all the other teams are scratching and crawling.

I think definitely there is something empty about the Spitfires winning even if their fans and players don't think so.

Mooseheads 2012/2013, Knights 2004/2005 and 2015/2016, and Spitfires 2010/2011 are definitely the teams that stand out from my time watching the CHL.

I think the way Windsor has dominated puck possession this year makes them a consideration for one of the more dominant teams in recent memory.

I didn't follow the CHL until the late 90's, so I would rank the best from 2000 until now.

1 - '05 Knights
2 - '10 Spits
3 - '13 Mooseheads

This year's Otters (if they win tonight), last year's Knights, and the '14 Storm team that didn't win the Cup would fight for the 4 and 5 spots.

Windsor won the Memorial Cup...but a 5th place finish in their conference and a 1st round playoff knockout doesn't exactly scream domination.

The 05 Knights were the best I've witnessed. Mackinnon's Mooseheads are 2nd and last year's Knights are 3rd.

Even though they didn't win last year's RN Huskies were pretty damn impressive too. Better than any team since 2013 IMO.

Who do you guys think are some of the greatest junior hockey teams ever. Some for consideration of the top of my head are 1971-1972 Quebec, 1978-1979 Brandon, 2004-2005 London, 2009-2010 Windsor, 2010-2011 Saint John, 2012-2013 Halifax,

Believe it or not there is hocket west of manitoba.
