Best and Worst Draft Classes of the Decade

Since there's been a lot of Bowman talk around here lately, I've been wondering about something. In your opinion, which has been the best and the worst draft classes that he's drafted?

Best- 2011. Danault, Saad and Shaw is a nice haul. Shalunov has panned out as well even though he never came over.

Worst- 2013, just a few bottom of the roster types in a draft that has produced a lot of talent. The 3rd round in particular featured Pesce, Bjorkstrand, Buchnevich, Guentzel, and Duclair.

I wanted to pick a draft where they had a 1st rounder and that factored into me selecting 2013.
