Rumor: Bergevin Declined the services of Marc Bureau

Honestly, if any Montreal player is having trouble with face-offs he should be seeking out guys like Bureau on their own in the off season and using internal sources . Personal / Specialist type coaches are a very personal choice, as you are going to specifically address a weakness you in fact recognize in yourself.

I'm not one to agree with Bergevin on much, but I do on this. Thanks but no thanks, Bureau. The last thing these guys need is another voice telling them what they are doing wrong with 25 games to go.

Oh please...back in 2011, I was at Cabana's in Brossard, Marc Bureau was checking out my woman, I gave him a stare and he immediately looked away.....he's got no ballz.....me and my Romanian GF at the time at a great laugh at his expense!!

It's great that Bureau was a strong faceoff guy, so was Kirk Muller...there's no guarantee what he knows is translatable to players.

But we got a skill-less grinder GM who managed to build a skill-less grinding team! There is always hope.
