I know he had a knee injury that ruined his chances to play for team USA at the WJC. Missed 5 games for Denver

Just going by the stats:

He struggled his first 6 games of the year, going pointless. Not really that unexpected for a college freshman.

However, in his next 15 games, he's put up 6+9.

I know he plays even strength with the younger Shore brother, Nick I believe, we many expect to go in the first 2 rounds of the draft, so he's obviously playing with some talent. Bennett doesn't have any PPG, so I don't know how much PP time he's getting. Apparently, he had a highlight reel goal a couple of days ago, but Denver doesn't have free highlights online, ya gotta pay.

Maybe someone who has seen him more than once can help us out.

Ask on the Avs board, someone there would be able to give u some great info. Quite a few guys (and girl) there follow the Pioneers.
