Bauer 2x skates supinating/rolling feet to the outside

Hi all,

Does anyone who skates in the Bauer 2x skates find that they supinate their feet?

I have just bought a new pair of the Bauer 2x skates (not pro). Previously I had Bauer X50s. I'm finding that my feet are supinating (weight rolling to the outside) possibly from more arch support? I just can't tell whether it's the new skate, and one that perhaps is more fitted and I have to break them in, or it actually is problematic.

I never had this issue with the x50s.

I was gonna say they're really shouldn't be a much of a difference in fit since the x50's and 2x's both belong to the Vapor line (which has a standard generalized fit) but then I remembered the x50's are like 10 years old, so things might have changed since then.

Hard to say what it could be exactly, I assume you baked them and got the right size fit.

I know Custom Orthotics have helped people with pronation/suppination issues before. I had a minor pronation that SuperFeet helped correct and give me a better overall fit.
