It says he left after receiving a high shot. He was also shaken up earlier this week when he took a shot to the collarbone. He had to leave practice but didn't miss his start the next night. Possibly an aggrivation to the first injury?

If he's out, Ottawa's slim chances become even slimer.

Silly 67's, you don't shoot high at your goaltender during practice.
I saw Kilrea on the news - he said he made a rule before the practice that there would be no high shots, and if there were, the player would sit for the rest of the practice. Sure enough....

They also talked to Battachio - he has a bruise near his collarbone, but nothing that would keep him out of the game.

On that, becuase he had brain surgery, he didn't train all summer. He seperated his shoulder early in the year because of a lack of strength training, and never did anything about it. It popped out a couple other times during the year. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if this was in some way related to that.
