Anyone know if they will change the amount of Games the Pacific will play so it's not winning percentage that determines the Playoff seeding?

Nope. All teams in Pacific will play 68 games. Points in division will determine standings.

Only need to deal with % for conference standings and RS best team

Not sure if it’s been mentioned, but the Cuda apparently are losing Baraccuda Networks as their primary sponsor and as a result, the logo is getting tweaked for next season. I’m hearing they’re just gonna lose the BN teeth logo behind the cartoon logo.

Silly...we should have been the Seals.

It looks like the Sharks are somewhat big on Radek Simek. How has he looked in the AHL this season? I was under the impression he had underwhelmed.

IIRC solid D man, offensive outbursts.

Solid D man might be a stretch, though he definitely improved. To start the season, he was the worst defender on a team of underwhelming defenders. He improved - he's an OK defender now. He does seem to have a bit of offensive upside. He skates well with the puck. Not a great shot, but he's mobile and is decent moving the puck.

Any Barracuda fans care to hazard a 'way too early' suggestion as to what their line up may look like in October?

Probably easier to do circa 7/10 after early UFAs signed and if there are any ready to play in AHL draftees or trade acquisitions.

Here's just an extreme guess at a possible lineup. Right now assuming Sorenson, Heed, Gambrell are with big club. Still definitely looks like we have too many players at this point.

Chekhovich had 9 points in 6 games in the Cuda? Was he really as good as those numbers say? Not bad for a 19 year old kid.
