If he can stay healthy, he might be a sneaky pickup that won't cost much. He played on some awful teams the past 4 seasons, hopefully playing for a playoff team will motivate him

Personally, I kinda like it. There’s basically no risk here.

He’ll compete with Sherwood for the 13th forward spot. I’d probably rather have Sherwood on my 4th line, but Anisimov would be a better option to play up on the 3rd line if injuries mount.
