The Jets didn’t do enough but you’re crazy if you think a series of missed calls didn’t completely swing the game.

Starting the third period with essentially an eight minute powerplay for the Avs wasn’t going to end well for us.

There were periods where the Avs were hemming us but I thought we did a better job of handling them tonight. It’s a shame how the game unfolded.

wonder how the refs convo went before they called the double minor
ref #1 "did you see anything"
ref #2 "I saw connor get tripped but didn't call it lol.."
linesmen "they have a guy down and bleeding"
ref #1 "lets give them the dbl minor"
ref #2 "f*** yeah"

Calls are what they are.

It does not change the fact this team cannot fight for a full sixty with swinging momentums. Cannot have their star goalie lock in for playoffs. Cannot get rid of coaches in a reasonable timeline to improve the team.

Exact same as past playoff runs, minus the one to the conference final. They get one good game in and then just fade away. This is how Minnesota feels huh.

I thought the offence today was largely pathetic. Just one and done with the Avs transitioning the other way all night. The fact that someone said we won the expected goals means I never have to pay attention to that stat again.
