These things work via computer algorithm that are maleable to human input. Google isn't sitting on and freely giving out top secret insider information here, there alogorithm however it works just picked up lots of hits on "Hugh Jackman" and "Avengers: End Game" then associated the two together.
I know hence why I said this is likely an issue with the algorithm, it's just fun to speculate!

The mold was definitely at the forge and Thor saw it:

main-qimg-bd6593f56d92b129ac65ba47d3c2b244

And mentions it. Tyrion tells him the whole story. Thanos forced him to make the gauntlet or he would kill all the dwarves. He obliged and Thanos killed them all anyway and turned his hands to stone so he could make weapons anymore.

Luckily Super weapon making is as easy as pouring a mold. How Thor got his axe was never my favorite side plot of this movie.

Thor also knew about the importance of the gauntlet to the stones since he had seen them in the vision he had in Avengers AoU.

Eitri. Rather disrespectful, if not offensive towards Peter Dinklage to always call him Tyrion.

Meh, it's pretty normal for someone on such a popular, long running TV show to be identified like that. There's nothing offensive to it.

Any time I see an actor on Friends I identify them as the character they were in Friends to this day.

Thor getting the axe was the casino planet of Infinity War. felt like they just needed something for him to do.

Actors should be so lucky as to have a role so memorable that people will forever associate them with that character.

Also Thor getting the axe was super boring. A couple good one liners and set up on the Guardians ship was great but their actual mission was IW's downtime.

For speculation on how it ends after seeing the Spiderman trailer I'm starting to think there's going to be a switch up where for the original Avengers cast it's a Star Wars Rogue One like ending, but everyone else is 'undusted' in the process. That would seem thematically appropriate to me. Or maybe a couple stick around like Thor/Hulk, but at the very least it has to be Ironman and Captain America stepping down.

I think Thor definitely sticks around. They're just now finally hitting their stride with him between Ragnarok and IW

Well Black Widow's getting her own solo movie so that's a no...

Anyone know why literally all of Thanos' kind went extinct except him? I get their planet was in dire shape but you'd think a couple hundred would at least survive.

I still think it's Captain America's destiny to take the fall.

Then again, they've built him and Iron Man up as co-leaders of the Avengers so it would leave Stark feeling pretty guilty if Rogers sacrifices himself alone.

At the same time, Tony Stark is perfectly placed for cameos unlike Rogers who is really more of a soldier. Downey Jr. can appear in other people's movies as a patron or rich philanthropist and give those films instant credibility and fan service. He would make a mint just for a few minutes of screen time.

Meanwhile, I think Chris Hemsworth would want to keep the Thor train running as long as possible.

With Hulk, I'm wondering if they could just swap in a different Banner (kind of like Rhodes) if Ruffalo isn't interesting in doing it anymore.

Yeah they really just dialed into Thor in the last couple years. I can see them wanting to keep up with that momentum while moving on from Captain and Iron Man.

So, prediction: Captain America has to put on the gauntlet and the act of putting the universe back together again destroys him.

Otherwise, whoever put the gauntlet on could bring Captain America back to life.

How would you lose Iron Man and Captain America - I guess, if they held hands or something when wishing to put everything back.

The real story here is that they used the Infinity Gauntlet SIXTEEN times.

Talk about going back to the well.

"So, guys, plot ideas? Anything? Out of the box stuff here guys?"

"Someone uses the Infinity Gauntlet again?"

"Jesus Christ, come on, let's really think here, we can do better!"

"................."

"Ok, fine, someone uses the Infinity Gauntlet. Jerry, pick someone and we can all go home."

They do in the comics if I recall. Just never brought it up in the movies...

Sadly that is common for both Marvel and DC. Sooner or later they go back to what they know just trying to do it a little different.
