Sometimes these three seem to read each other’s minds on the ice it’s astounding

What's also funny about that is how often they seem to have a stretch from a couple periods to a game or two where a fair amount of the time they can't seem to make any passes to each other. Like they'll go from one period where they are hitting every pass and then one where they can't make a pass to get into the zone for the life of them

You're really starting to see the changing of the guard in the Central this season. With COL's forward talent, it was always a question of when, not if, for me. I used to do our division preview on our forum before the season; last one a couple years ago effectively said they just needed a little more time in the oven. Think the cake is almost done at this point...

Our goaltending this year is helping their stats immensely, too. All 3 are top 5 +-
Varly is the worst puck handling goalie in the league what does he have to do with the fact these dudes are destroying everyone offensively lol

Update:

43 points through the first 9 games.

Rantanen: 4G-12A-16P
MacKinnon: 8G-7A-15P
Landeskog: 8G-4A-12P

They are also 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the NHL in plus/minus.

This unit completely dominates every single time they’re on the ice.

also playing most games on the road. once they are back in the altitude and get last change, get ready to play your fourth liners or third pairing against that group.

I might be the other two Bottle Kids stepping up their game, but MacKinnon might have an even better season than last.
