Anyone collect cards here? I am looking to sell some of my PC and would way rather sell or trade with fellow Devils fans vs. sell on Feebay .
I cannot afford to PC all the Devils I would like to so looking to move :
Bratt Upperdeck The Cup RPA x 5 . All are 3 colour patches.
I have his jersey #63/249 3 colour patch as well. Very nice looking card .
Hischier The Cup RPA 3 colour multi break patch. It’s from his true rookie year so it is the non autograph version /99
Hischier Upper Deck Ice Premieres rookie /99
The cup RPA - Severson x3 Zacha x1
Severson Future Watch autograph /999 x10

Nothing of amazing value but the Bratt jersey # /249 is pretty cool card.

Truly sad to read the owner of Sports Minded Unlimited, Brian LeBoeuf, passed away last night after battling cancer since last year. Incredibly kind family to their customers and avid Devils fans who have helped give me some of my best moments growing up in meeting some of my favorite players. He was always gracious and treated each customer like an old friend.

All the best to their family.

For those who have been to Sports Minded Unlimited for signings and other memorabilia, I'm on their mailing list and received a very disheartening e-mail a couple of days ago. Owner Brian LeBoeuf was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in early October. I don't know him personally - only through casual conversation during signings - but it's still a kick in the balls hearing something like this. I'm not on any social media sites, but if you know Brian I'd think some words of enouragement and support on Facebook or Twitter would be a tremendous gesture.

Unfortunately the family has come forward with the announcement that Brian passed away last night.

I've been a customer of his since 1996, even before he sort of pivoted from the card market to memorabilia and specifically almost becoming a Devils specialty store.

Brian was an absolute class act and never failed to reminisce with me over the summer of 98 (I was in that store at least three times a week to get my hands on McGwire's OLY rookie lol), whenever I'd see him for a signing. I'm absolutely gutted by this news. A GREAT guy taken way too soon.

My sincerest condolences to his family and any of his customers reading this that know what I mean when I say this is a very sad day.

I finally figured out how to post pictures . Or rather they made it idiot proof to post pictures.
Here is some of my Bratt card collection .
Favorite is his jersey #063/249 Upper Deck The Cup , rookie patch autograph.
I think that the Cup RPA is the best true rookie card there is . The jersey numbered out of 249 makes it even more collectable to some.

Only way I have so many is that I bought them when they were around $50-$75 CAD each. I see that now they are around $225 USD. Wish I had more lol. I went hard on collecting Hughes so I could not afford to go bigger on Bratt.
So far I have some cool Hughes stuff.

I still need more Hughes but I have the most of his cards for my PC of any Devil player. Bratt I have his young guns and his ice premieres clear cut. Need more Bratt cards , especially after this season he is having.

Looks like a decent deal on a SPGU true rookie /63 on FeeBay.
Few other good bugs but his Cup RPA cards are stupidly over priced on ebay .

I’m happy with the Palat signing for the short term. Good player who fills a hole and brings something different even if it’s a year and 1M more than I’d like to have paid.

But I still think we need a top-line winger going forward for the future. Not sure Gaudreau would’ve been the best way to do that anyways. Yes it would’ve been exciting but some people are ignoring how much risk would’ve come with that signing. And it wasn’t a great stylistic fit.
Oh well we move on.

I think our best hope is that Mercer breaks out. Not sure he’ll ever be a ppg+ but he has some nice skill and I’m hoping he has a big year.
Holtz has potential too but I don’t think he’ll ever be enough of a play driver.

Not really a memorabillia question, but I wasn't sure where to ask this. What's the best place to purchase a stitched name and numbers Devils jersey (not heat pressed), that matches what they wear on the ice as close as possible? Thank you in advance.

I'd still love to get hands on the 1st season in New Jersey media guide. It's cover is ugly as sin but, cool to have. I have 1983-84 and the cover is cool AF. Hahaha the next year not so much again. Mel Bridgeman pictured with children who are now my age lol. I miss media guides dammit! When I went to visit other buildings I'd buy there Media Guide. Pens,Caps Islanders etc... Such a nerd I know.

I collect Devils auto'd cards and it amazes me how awful some signatures are. This from Brian Gionta is a prime example. I can see, kind of, the Gionta part and the 14 but WTF is that first name?
