Im going to speculate that he was playing with an illness Saturday night (game 4) and then something happened late in the 2nd period with his left ankle / left leg (someone posted a screenshot). I bet ankle sprain.

Headache and now a stomach ache...yet everyone is picking on Marner who is no where near 100% playing with a high ankle sprain

Personally I’m more impressed Marner is playing through a yeast infection.
