Shocked by the pick. Farabee or Veleno just felt too obvious. Not gonna hate on the kid, but I know he wasn't expected to be drafted until the 2nd or 3rd round. Like the idea of him being fast and skilled both ways though so we will see. Hate to say it, but I think even if Oliver Wahlstrom fell to us we wouldve drafted Dellandrea

Read Ty scout report. A lot of negativity in there. Seems like they could have traded down.

Rollercoaster. Some good guys drop due to crazy choices, and we don't take advantage.

Could be worse. FLyers took a guy ranked 74 in the first round.

TSN had him at 23 , Button at 18 , THN at 16 . So its not completely out of left field.

Veleno continues to drop. Bound to be picked up by one of these later teams though. Crazy draft so far in terms of players falling/being picked higher than expected

Read more on Ty. Sort of a Nill high risk pick, but in some ways not. Reports all over the board, but his supporters think he will be great. Maybe a guy with a high floor and low risk? Can always have value for hard play on depth lines at worst? Perhaps aFaksa started kit?

I Guess one of these swing for the fences picks will eventually clear them.

Lol, but when I saw some comments on "Ty" thought we had drafted Ty Smith, which would have been okay, but not a need position.
