Hey Guys,
So first off just wanted to introduce myself - I'm a 23 year old hockey fanatic from a small town outside of Kingston, ON. I am looking for a position as an assistant GM in the HFNHL
Experience
- I'll be the first to admit that I have never actually been apart of a SIM league before, which is why I thought a job as an assistant is a perfect place to start
- Though I don't have any SIM experience I have many years of experience in all sorts of other types of hockey pools - keepers, playoffs, 1 year, etc.
Strengths
- I would say my biggest strength is prospect scouting, I am a voracious reader and upcoming drafts are some of my favorite topics to read about. I actually won last years "predict the first round" thread here on HF and feel I am VERY in tune with the game's prospects
- Attend 10-15 OHL games a year, also went to the WJC in Buffalo last year for the semi-finals so I do a lot of first hand viewings on prospects
- Great with numbers, I do a lot of data research and analysis in my job so any mundane tasks like calculating cap hits, working out contracts, etc. I not am not only proficient at but enjoy.
Weaknesses
- I care too much
- I work too hard
- Sens fan
Accomplishments
1st - "Predict the first Round"

Wrote an article on Fantasy Drafting for DobberHockey here:

Like I said I am still a novice when it comes to SIM leagues but I would love the opportunity to learn in such a competitive environment. If you have any other questions feel free to pm me and we can chat here or through email.
