Referees: As an official, is it hard for you to blast refs in NHL games?

Is it hard for you as an official to rip on refs after an NHL game? Being a ref myself, I've realized how hard the job is and how your interpretation of the game will vary from someone else. That's why when I'm out at an NHL game or whatnot and people complain about a call, I always think about it and realize where the refs are coming from when they make that call.
