ISS has him ranked at 14th Overall, This is the first time ive really seen his name up so high! Can someone give me a little info on this guy, and why he has suddenly went up in the rankings so much?

Artem's a big, thick centreman with good hands and even better vision- perhaps tops in his draft class.

The reason he's suddenly risen is the same why Alexandrov has: the new transer agreement assures teams can bring these highly skilled players over. Anisimov was always a top 15 talent but politics kept him from that spot until now.
