At this point, Yeo is likely going to either be a head coach on some farm team again (I would actually love to have the guy back in WBS) or be an assistant coach elsewhere.

It looks like Vigneault and Quenneville have some options.

I wouldn't let Hitchcock be in charge of a young player's development even temporarily.

Outside of McDavid (who happens to be their most important player), that Oilers roster is suited to play his system. However, that system is dated.
