DeBrincat with his 4th career hat trick

Meanwhile Korshkov has 5 points in 18 games (injuries, I know, but still)

every team could have an all-star team if they used hindsight, we could have had Kucherov and Gaudreau instead of Biggs and Percy in the 2011 draft.

Kucherov contract cant be used as a comp with internal comps making 11.634 and 7 million. Their is no way Matthews is worth 3 million more than Marner. We had to overpay all of our young stars. Kucherov is the best player in the league over the past two years. He is signed to the best contract as well. All we can hope is marner doesnt get paid too much for too little term and that point tries to cahs in and doesnt take a discount

Thanks but no thanks we can't just tie up our cap in forwards. Either Marner takes kuch deal or he can sign an offersheet and let Leafs take 4 first rounders; none of these 5 yr deals or 3 yr deals for marner.

if leafs are desperate for to keep marner then they need to unload nylander

regardless leafs have to think present+future; and the leafs defense has to get better

not really. Smart people wanted Debrincat and were stunned at a bad pick being made in korshkov.

99 points on the year for Kucherov, he’s a PP specialist but man that’s impressive. Video game like numbers

Bruins are winning again. I hate how Leafs have pissed away home ice advantage and have to play catch up again.

They didn't piss away anything. It's all because the Bruins keep playing ahead of us. If the B's do beat the Sharks today, they'll be 3 points ahead but we'll have 2 games in hand. The Leafs are still 7-2-1 in their last 10. Tomorrow, the Leafs have the team that can beat the Blues, just like they beat the Bolts.

That was the worst goal call ove seen in awhile. And they gave the Bruins a point on us.... not too worried though. We have 2 games in hand after this one and have a much better team.

It's more because the Leafs slumped in January. That rough month evaporated the lead they had over Boston and even Montreal.

Regardless the Leafs can get back home ice. They just need to be better than Boston the rest of the way. The Leafs can certainly do that.

Also holy smokes...Jones has let in 5 on 19 shots. Wherever San Jose gets beaten in the playoffs this year it is going to be because their goalie hasn't been good enough this year.

It wasn't really the same. Nylander knocked it in with what they claimed was a high stick. This one was a clear high stick that should have blown the play dead but they cant review it because it was knocked in from the ice

Omg they won... that was horribly officiated and not deserved by the Bruins. I'd be furious if I were a sharks fan

They actually claimed that ?, don't remember any of the refs or lineman make a gesture that it was highsticked. Rather that it was a goal, and then they had their huddle and claiming it was no goal. Sucks Boston won, but it is what it is.

I ******* hate Boston but you've got to admire how they always seem to get points out of games they shouldn't

Refs wanted the Bruins to win. Nothing you can do. The fans should enjoy the gifted win.
