Yeah, he's an AHL coach. He's trying to make the show, too, and there's about a 0% chance that he'll displace Brindy, so he'll get his head coaching gig somewhere else, and good for him.

He seemed like an okay enough prospect. Seemed like he couldn't put on any weight. Worst case for him, he can always be the answer to a trivia question.

For s 6 footer who hasnt put on much weight and is 1.3 PPG as a 21 year old in the Q. Cool, no skin off my back.
Heck, most goalies have 1.3 PPG in the Q...

Ottawa beats Toronto in OT. If we make it to the final 4 we’ve clinched home ice through that round. Will only not have home ice in a potential Cup Finals against Vegas or Colorado.

Good for Luke. I really liked his playmaking skills in his draft year, and it hasn't really changed since then. Still somewhat of a toothpick as far as width is concerned, but I thought that he showed enough talents for an ELC from somebody. I'm not shocked that it came from Seattle, since he came from the very last draft conducted under the lead scouts from the Francis regime before he started scooping them up after he was hired for the new club. The new scouts recruited by Tulsky/Yorke/Waddell after Francis started bring his folks into Seattle didn't have the opportunity to put their blueprint until the 2019 draft.
