TB may clear enough cap to operate but they are losing meaningful depth pieces and have little in the way of top notch ELC talent right now. They will still be cup favorites next season but they are slowly eroding and probably somewhat susceptible to injuries for now.

I think they got 1 more year of strong contender status but in 22-23, it will get interesting with Point deserving like a massive 12m / yr contract. He may take a home discount though which I will be jealous of.
