Not a chance this gets done, Hjalmarsson is old and injury prone, not to mention he only has one year left and Demers is a cap dump. Fischer is a decent bottom 6 piece and there’s hardly any upgrade, if one at all, between Kuemper and Andersen, and then Nylander is just thrown in there. At least put OEL or Chychrun in there and take out Hjalmarsson and Demers and then we’re talking..

Leafs say no for sure. If your goal is to acquire Keumper I’d suggest finding a proposal with fewer pieces. The proposal is too bloated.
