Main goal for SF is to keep enough flexibility in the cap until Bosa before he enters year 4 is up. But like Mack and Donald I don’t expect Bosa to play in the fifth year option.

Structure is always what it comes down to. How much dead money will they have on their books if they move off him after year 2 or 3 when Bosa comes due?
