Love the guy. He's given his all to the team. His body has taken a toll for it. Everybody eventually reaches their expiry date. It's actually amazing how long he's been able to play his brand of hockey at this level.

He's a very precise and surgical type of player. He's barely on the receiving end of a big hit which makes him very aware. He is the most beloved Senator after Alfred soon while he was here and I think he is now the most beloved after Alfie left.

I certainly don't love him, he was a useful player who provided a consistent physical presence and occasional chipped in some points. Now he is mostly useless, even a liability, albeit with some occasional flashes of his past ability.

He just shouldn't be on the third line or power play at this point in his career. I still think he's damn near indispensable on this team do to the intangibles he brings to every game.
