If not RDS can try finding a proxy in Canada. Its how I watch games on Yahoo that are normally only viewable in the US.

someone said something to rds so now only people in canada can watch.... rds now has a little heading that says:
Cette diffusion est offerte exclusivement sur le territoire canadien
