OT: Anyone else having site issues? (Solved)

I submitted a support request for this, but the response has been almost non-existent (I got one mostly unhelpful response and then completely ignored), so I wanted to gauge if others are having the same problems as me. Mods can move this to an appropriate location if desired, but I am hoping to at least be able to see some responses...

Anyway, ever since switching to the new site layout, I get logged out constantly. Almost every time I sign in and try to reply to a post, it makes me re-sign in again before submitting. I also get randomly logged out while browsing all the time. This has been happening across multiple devices, OSes, and browsers, so I have a hard time believing it's only me. Does anyone else have this issue?

What operating system ? What browser type?

It happens to me if I’m using one computer. but doesn’t happen on my iPad or cell phone.

I think it also could have something to do with what kind of virus software or ad block software you have. Because the software is blocking something it then logs you off.

It happens to me on Linux with Firefox and Chromium, and on Android with Firefox. Haven't tried any other combinations. I do have Adblock installed on Linux, but not on my phone, so I don't think it's because of that.

Delete your old HF bookmarks, clear your history/cache and cookies. Reboot your browser. Log back in with Stay Logged In checked. You are probably loading http links.
Make sure you're accepting cookies, including 3rd party cookie.

Delete your old HF bookmarks, clear your history/cache and cookies. Reboot your browser. Log back in with Stay Logged In checked. You are probably loading http links.
Make sure you're accepting cookies, including 3rd party cookie.

I'm certain that I'm not loading old http links, but I never noticed the "Stay Logged In" option before. We'll see if that makes a difference. Thank you.

(So far I've made two posts and edited this one twice without being logged out, so it seems like that check box is the solution.)

I was having this same issue for a long time. It just went away after a while.
