I'm not sure he is an agent or what exactly he is. He has a very bizarre website there. He talks about relatives kidnapping his son, the state of Pennsylvania conspiring against him, sells items on ebay and the list goes on. Looks more like a flake to me.

The guy is from Newfoundland, check the e-mail address.

Anyhow, it doesn't matter if he "just happened" to name his turtle Sidney Crosby. Crosby can still challenge him in court to get the domain name and in the U.S. he'd probably win based on the precedent. More likely though, Crosby just won't care and the guy will never get any fame or fortune out of this ploy.

I call shenanigans. This guy owns sidneycrosby.org, sidneycrosby.com, and sidney-crosby.com...this obviously isn't just a "fun" site for his turtle. IMO, the whole spiel about how he won't sell the site for any amount is just an attempt to drive up the selling price.
