I looked at the Cap Friendly page for the Leafs and then flipped over to the Sens and almost burst out laughing. It quite literally looks like you're going from an NHL salary cap to an AHL salary cap. 2 Leaf forwards will make more than our entire offense next year - and that includes Ryan's horrifically bad contract on the books; 1 Leaf D-man earns more than our entire D-corp. The only thing that we spend more on is IR players - which I expect Dorion will be loading up on in the offseason. I'm sure he'll want to get as many IR players as possible so that the team can meet the cap floor without having to spend any of the owners money on the salary.
